Oleksa and Associates was founded by its President, Paul Oleksa, and incorporated in the state of Ohio in 1997 as a small, flexible pipeline safety consulting company. We are dedicated to providing professionalism and integrity in resolving pipeline safety issues throughout the United States and the world.
